    There's not much you can do to move her out of there all the time - after all, that is where the exit is and she's designed to make a beeline for it

    But if you're really uncomfortable you can get down on the floor with your bum in the air - that should take the pressure off for a while.

    Swimming is also wonderful for this - probably the last thing you feel like doing but once you're in the water, it's bliss. The relief from gravity for a while is just amazing. Just get in there and loll around, you don't have to swim. When I was very heavily pregnant with both of mine I used to go to the pool every few days for some relief. Good for swollen legs/ankles as well, takes all the puff out.
