Fruit - in particular Granny Smith apples, oranges, bananas and watermelon... and covered in yoghurt... if I don't have at least 1 piece of fruit a day I get cranky
Also King William smoothies from Boost, but at $5 a pop 3L of milk and a can of chocolate quik substitutes a little

earlier in my pregnancy - probably between 30 - 35+ weeks I craved granny smith apples but they had to be the small sized ones. I would eat anything between 3 & 6 a day and couldn't eat them like I usually do by putting them in my mouth & taking a bite....I had to eat them using a small sharp knife peeling small chunks off at a time. They helped with the nausea & vomiting I was still experiencing.

Now...chocolate and carrots, raw carrots...about two a day. I also eat loads of grapes, probably about a kg a week but I am not sure if that is a craving or just me avoiding chocolate by eating grapes.
