    Thanks Ladies, all great suggestions.
With DD I used to duck off to the car for a nap at lunchtime, I might need to start that up again.

I will have to get myself some nuts or something to munch on, maybe that will help.
I'm already drinking by the bucket load!

Walking is pretty much out, as the SPD makes that a mammoth effort at the best of times. I might just try moving desks to near the window each arvo, a bit of extra natural light couldn't hurt I'm sure.

Again, thanks for all your help.

My job had me on my feet for 7hrs (2:30pm-10pm) and as long as I was busy, it was ok. Problem was, I'd get tired from 1:30pm! Tired before I'd even start!!

I was going to finish at 36 weeks, but it all got too much, so I finished about 34.5wks.

    Keep busy!

As I'm reading everyone's posts I can feel my head rolling from side to side and my eye lids wanting to close!! lol

    And its only 11.30am!!

I'm the same, I used to hit a wall at about 2pm and by 3.30pm I'm itching to get out the door, but now its more like 10am is my wall time!

Do you have a job where you just sit at a desk and type away on your computer all day??? argh! Horrible!! Not to mention these chairs are ssooo uncomfortable!

I like the suggestion of going for a walk though, but try and go for as long as your boss will let you, I find 15 minutes is not enough and the second I sit back down again I go straight back to the tired zombie state I was just in!
