Sore groin

Hi there, Im 30 weeks this week and all of a sudden am experiencing a sore/uncomfortable groin when I am sitting. I'm an office worker and sit most of the day, I thought it was just my clothes getting too tight but I have my skirts and pants underneath by belly and there is definately still some room there - this morning I noticed it only started once I sat in the car. I think it is from the crease of my belly rubbing on my groin when I am sitting? Has anyone experienced this or something similar and any suggestions as I have 4 more weeks of work to try and get through!

Do you still get the pain if you are not wearing clothes? I have found in the last few weeks that I can't stand my maternity jeans etc because they are not soft enough - it hurts to sit down - feels like the stiff material is digging in. I have started to live in my stretchy skirts etc. & feel much better

Still get the feeling, I am wearing a skirt today though and it is not as bad as the pants, it really feels like the bottom of my belly is rubbing when I am sitting! I am carrying very low so maybe its just the added pressure.
