Thanks to all of you lovely ladies I think I'm just an emotional mess right now and this isn't helping.... Izzy and I had a big cry together today - so funny, she was crying because we had to come inside from being outside and I cried because I was too sore to stay out there with her.

The panadol and warm bath this morning really helped, and I haven't done much today so have been feeling pretty good...If it persists into next week I will call my middies during the day and see what they say. A brace sounds good but anything tight on my belly just hurts so I would have to wear it while at work maybe.
Will also look into a physio if it persists too.... argh the joys!
