Puppies,

I had the same thing with bleeding. I have been quite constipated for the whole pregnancy, but hadn't noticed any hemarroids (maybe they're internal?). Anyway, when I was about 18 weeks I was away for the weekend and went to the toilet one night. Didn't even do a number 2 (might have farted though ) and when I wiped and in the bowl there was quite a bit of bright red blood. OMG I freaked out, until I realised it was from my bum. It happened again on the weekend (now about 32 weeks). I did mention it to the doc the first time and he said the same thing as previous posts.

It is scary though, isn't it! Hope it doesn't happen to you again.
