I think that you're going to be great! I had gastro the day before I went into labour and was in labour for 24 hours before I went to hospital (with contractions prettyuch every 5 mins lasting for ainute each time). By the time I got to the hospital I hadnt really eaten or slept in 48 hours. I was stuffed and thought there was no way I could do it but all I needed was some gas and some great support...i think you will surprise yourself with the focus and strength you will find inside yourself. hang in there

Lots of people swear by visualisation and imagery to bring on labour.
