I have days when I am quite tired, I think the energy surge of the 2nd tri may be dipping!!! Perhaps try some relaxation during the day - just half an hour here or there? Or is there a way you can get a few more hours at night? 6 hours is what I usually get (when not preg) but I need a lot more these days so I am usually in bed by 11 and up at 7 ish. Keeping in mind that you are getting up in the night 6 hrs is not much... I figure before I have my first baby I may as well enjoy as much sleep as possible! DH and I also have snuggly sleep ins on the weekends to try to catch up and relax pre baby...I guess weekend sleep ins will be a thing of the past soon.
