In the shower I just had some discharge. It was egg white like mucous - like that you get when ovulating. i had two lots of it... I've not had anything like this sort since being pregnant. Just wondering if anyone else has had this? Is it normal?
I had some thicker than normal discharge in later pregnancy this last time. Can't remember with the first pg. I would think it is normal, but maybe mention it to your OB or MW at your next visit?
Towards the end of the pregnancy expect a whole lot more discharge - that's normal. One of the joys of pregnancy
I had exactly the same as you with both my pregnancies. Towards the end it gets worse. It's totally normal. I checked with my midwife when I had it and she said it's totally normal. It's only possibly abnormal if there is blood in it. If it gets to be too much, I'd wear a panty liner. That's what I used to do anyway. It's pretty gross but it stops as soon as baby comes. good luck with the rest of your pregnancy :-)

It is quite common to get an increase in your discharge late in pregnancy and providing that there is no excessive itching or soreness it is normal
