Raffy the fact that you have had them for a few weeks would indicate that nothing is happening soon. It is true that your body can sorta flush just prior to birth but that doesn't sound like what is happening to you. Maybe you are stressed, or haven't been eating very well? Or maybe you have a bug that has just not gone away? Who knows. If I were you, I would start by just trying to settle down the runs and get onto some inner health plus or something like that which might stabilise your gut flora. That may help you settle things down a bit. And increase your fiber to bulk out your movements. Eating eggs can solidify your bowels too. Also I think the old Raspberry leaf tea that we should probably all start taking now or soon for a healthy uterus, is an antibacterial I think from memory and maybe a few cups of that would help cleanse your belly of anything nasty growing. I know my aunty swears by raspberry cordial for an upset belly for kids and apparently there have been studies done on the cascade brand, although my aunty just used cotties.

So unless your uterus is cramping or something I wouldn't think of it as a sign of impending labour, just a sign that your belly may need some help.

Good Luck honey
