Hi there,

My little bub is usually transverse and rarely in the usual head down position. I'm waiting for an ultrasound next week to see if my low laying placenta has lifted, if not the transverse position is probably related to that.

Anyhow, in the meantime I looked up Spinning Babies and found an inversion which can help. I kneel on the couch with my forearms resting on the floor and hold for about 30 secs. The problem is that I feel a lot of pressure in my face and when I get up bub is moving around like crazy. I'm not sure if I'm distressing or harming him.

Has anyone tried this type of inversion or have any insight into if this exercise could harm or cause him distress?
