Depending on where the baby is, I get that feeling. It's not all the time, or even every day, but there have been plenty of occasions where I have felt like I was going to wet myself and not make it to the toilet in time, but then there's almost nothing there. I find that laying down, or leaning over something helps with that bursting sensation as it obviously moves the baby off my bladder.

I am secretly hoping that it is being caused by the baby's head resitng on the bladder. He always seems to be 'head up' so would be comforting if he has figured out that head down is the better option

It is just there is so much wee!! But maybe you girls are right and it just seems like that becuase it comes out so slowly. I will speak to the obstetrician about it and ask about the UTI too. I hadn't even thought of that - thanks Traveller
