Is vomiting an early labour sign?

TBH I don't know if it was bad timing or it was early labour or both,

But I had lots of vomiting and diarrhea for about a week before i went into labour, it was there for about 3 days, gone for about 1-2 then back for about 2-3 days, finishing the day before I went into labor.

I hope bubs comes soon for u!!! I remember studying myself so much and hoping every change and twitch was a sign of labor!
