I still did 40 min of pretty high paced exercise 5 days a week, walked 12 blocks pushing the stroller to my kids swimming lessons, ran my household, etc. You're not overdoing it, necessarily.
But you might need a little help! Get some compression stockings, maybe, and a belly/back support. It will make a BIG difference.

I gave up work at 29 weeks pregnant, working 5 days a week, 6 hr shifts, but on my feet the entire 6 hrs,(Pharmacy assistant, if I was lucky my supervisor would get me a chair for my hour on the tills) I also didnt drive so it was an hour trip to work and another hour back (1 bus and a train, then 15 min walk) I would come home and just cry from sheer exhaustion. (I also suffered from HG, used all my sick and annual leave up in the first 9 weeks of pregnancy, which continued up until 32 weeks, then kicked in again at 39 weeks)

First pregnancy I had stopped working by then, but still walked or cycled everywhere, as we didn't have a car. Had no issues, really. I just tried to be sensible about it and rest when I needed to.

Second was a bit harder. By 32 weeks I wasn't cycling anymore, but did spend a lot of time chasing after my toddler. Have recollections of crying at Bunnings because it was so much walking with a massive belly and toddler who wanted to be carried. I wasn't as fit, and I think that impacted a lot.
