Im another one getting little/no sleep.

Most nights I sleep for 2-3 hours then Im wide awake for 1-2, then sleep for another 2-3. Occasionally if I get the chance, Ill lie down during the day & doze on the couch for a while. But when Im wide awake & cant get back to sleep I have a bath or sit on the floor of the shower to have heat over my back (coz sometimes heat bags just dont work)
