Having an anterior placenta will reduce the amount of movements you feel. Also your baby’s movement pattern will change through your labour. You will probably find that in the next couple of days your baby becomes a little more active.
As rayray suggests a icy cold drink can cause your baby to move but a long as your baby is giving you 10 or so movements in a day there is nothing to worry about.
