    and I say, right now
I do not miss the heart burn and I am now taking full advantage of the eater chocolate still in the house,
I am so glad to be able to sleep on my tummy now,
I enjoy not getting up to pee every 2 hours at night, to find there is nothing coming out.
I am loving being able to go back to sleep if I wake at 4am. (which I often do with a newborn)
I have so much more energy now & am not getting puffed reading my son bedtime stories.
I can bend to do the washing!
I can reach the kitchen sink

But all in all I miss my belly that was large for a reason, not just floppy hairy streched skin, nd I miss the movements, but I have my beautifull little girl that is doing well and already growing fast.

Now if only I could find where I put my ab muscles, I think I could do with those right now....

    numbness

Every night now I get numb hands whilst I sleep, usually both hands too - makes it difficult to grab the doona!

Also, is anyone else sick of feeling starving then having two mouthfuls of food and feeling like you ate a huge meal - its driving me insane!

what about getting up to the loo during the night and having to race there and still only just getting there and then doing that thimble full! It's driving me crazy! Bub is pressing really hard on my bladder when I'm lying on my side and then when I get up to go he/she presses even more and I'm lucky to get there!

O and as for the acrobatics needed to wipe myself dry after a shower... if my belly gets much bigger or the tendons in my pelvis much looser I'll just have to stand there and drip dry for safety's sake! lol

I just got back from Hamilton Island and we only had one day of sun - but enough for me to get a tan line - half-way down my thighs!!! My belly shadowed the top of my thighs so now I have this ridiculous looking diagonal tan line on each leg!!

:yeahthat: i'm just on 31 weeks and i have to *really* think about how to dry myself off too...and under the bump gets too sweaty!

    mummytummy: oh thats classic!

I know im getting near(er) to the end because im getting more dextrose with my feet LOL.
and the floor is getting further and further away each time i try to sit down or get up...and DH forgets where i "end" now (and i forget too from time to time) and end up bumping things with the bump or Bundy kicks at the right time and knocks things over!

Oh yeah, and the other one that always gets me is when you turn sideways to fit through a small gap, only to figure out that you are skinnier front on!!

Last pregnancy I parked in a parking spot that I just could not get out of..... I had to move the car and find a different spot!! I swear they should make 3rd trimester pregnancy parking spaces next to the parents with prams spaces!

I had a bit of a moment with the loo door at work the other day.. If I get much bigger I am going to have serious issues getting in and out, and it is not as if I am not a very frequent visitor!

When you try anything you can to get things happening - like dancing around the kitchen to Lady Gaga, and squatting and sweeping/vacuuming/mopping......is very tiring!

Or when you constantly need to go to the loo, even when you don't....

lol to not fitting in the toilet!

I don't know about the rest of you, but...finding everything that people around me are saying and doing INCREDIBLY annoying because I'm so uncomfortable and irritable! Want this baby to come just so I can go back to my normal, happy self!!

I know what you mean about car parks and toilet cubicles! Thank goodness I'm not at work having to deal with either now yay! Meanwhile I have to book myself a pedicure because my toenails need trimming and there's no way I can do it. When I asked DH to trim them and he screwed up his face I decided that was fine, I can do with the pampering right about now Funny thing about making appointments now is I actually have my fingers crossed I won't be able to keep them!

    Smile

Almost 39 weeks & not experiencing the troubles of others...makes me feel agile & I thought I wasn't (you should see me a at yoga .

I am really looking forward to meeting our little man but also will be sad not to have my beautiful bump and feel his movements inside me. I feel very special being pregnant but it will be good to do some normal things again like....not feel nauseaus, ride my motorcycle, mow the lawn, pee only when I actually need too...hahahahaa pregnancy is such a joy & pleasure...how lucky are we to have the chance!!!!!

ooo i had another one today...trying to revise the car - but not being able to turn around fully as the bump's bum was sitting in the wrong spot and turning around to see where i was going was rather unpleasant! (and i still dont get why only one ONE side mirror there is a warning "things maybe closer then they appear" why dont they have it on both...or has bundy eaten my brain and there is a reason for this?)

I must be lucky then - my DF cuts my toenails when i ask him to lol. Also he has started putting my socks on for me on the days when everything is really uncomfortable.

I seem to have great days where i feel very comfortable, then crap days when i cant even roll out of bed due to very painful pressure down below.

I have been so excited about meeting my little man, that i actually have wished this pregnancy along so quickly and have not sat back and taken the time to really enjoy it and be marvelled by it - which is what i am slightly disappointed about. It feels like yesterday that we were just trying for this baby...now in 4 weeks he will be here!

You are lucky - I don't know I would ask my DH to do that. I am lucky to can still do my own...esp since I broke my toe and have to remove & reapply the bandage at least twice a day for showering. I think it would drive DH balmy doing that for me & me going 'ouch ouch ouch' as he was lovingly applying the bandage!

I had to ask - my toe nails were getting so long they were starting to put holes in my socks and hitting the end of my shoes! Though now i can feel the start of an ingrown toe nail....thanks Craig lol jks.

OUCH...broken toe, how did you do that! Hope it heals quickly for you!
