It is probably because to the relaxin hormone loosening everything up in prepartaion for the birth.
Try and take it easy and if the pain is too bad get it checked at your next antenatal app. They may suggest some physio, but most likely they will tell you just to take it easy.
i get some groin pain when my bladder is full.. or if the baby uses it as a trampoline.
sometimes i figure its from standing for so long.
with the standing up(shopping, walking etc), having sex that morning i get a bit of pain, figure its my *pregnancy blank * screaming at me down there...
also may be due to any varicose veins u may have down there.
gl with it
Your body is producing a hormone called relaxin. This hormone loosens all your joints. It is often very painful in your pubic bone usually when you turn over in bed or get into/out of a car. Your pubic bone is actually 2 bones joined in the middle. This joint does not usually move however under the influence of relaxin this joint often moves. When this happens these 2 bones rub together every time you move causing the pain you are feeling.
