Bedtime?

DD would be in bed by 7:30pm on the dot. She takes after her father's side and LOVES her sleep. She'd also be awake late too if she didn't have a younger brother to pester her on weekends. But during the week she's in bed between 7:30-8:00pm and up in the morning at 6:50 (she has her alarm set to 6:50 because this is apparently the correct time for her to wake up so everything is done by a certain time... in this way she takes after me heh). DS goes to bed at the same time but struggles to wake on weekday mornings (however has all the energy in the world before 7 am on weekends :/ ) On holidays and weekends/holidays anytime they like unless we have stuff to do the next day.

So weeknights... bed between 7:30-8:00pm (DD gets an extra 30 mins in bed to read). Up in the morning by 7am.

My boys (6 & 4) are strictly 8pm on school nights (ie Sunday to Thursday). They wake up at about 6am.

Weekends or holidays, bedtime is 9pm. They usually wake up at about 7am.
