    FFS! Do no they not understand this will help them learn good food habits for LIFE - no matter where they live??

    Will they be living on a mountain forever? They maight even come down to the flatlands where all the chubbies are one day *sheesh!

    The kids may be using up all the calories while they are young but what happens when they grow up and get a job sitting sitting down,or their teeth start falling out? As has been said before wrangle up some of your friends and crash the P&C.

    FJ went and talked to the canteen supervisor at school today. She said unfortunately the guidlines are not mandatory and neither is membership of the Healthy Canteens assoc which our school is a member of.
    There are so many easy and healthy ideas out there that your canteen could use and still make money. If you ever want our price list let me know.

    see everyone at our school said the same thing but when you look at the stuff on the Dept of ed site it says it is mandatory that all public schools implement the new guidelines. That was brought in in 04 I think.
