    Omg hon pull your kid out of that school report all of them to to Ed I'm horrified that u have been treated this way. Where do u want to go from here

    i just dont know what to do, she is a good kid!
    i dont have much faith in the public system were we are, and im not sure i can get her into the catholic school until 2013!

    i just hate the thought that to be asking these types of questions rather than discussing their school policies, they have been talking amongst each other and put me in the 'crackpot' bag!

    That's awful

    I think unless a teacher saw biting happening then they can't really take the word of another student.

    I would feel very upset too.

    Can u homeschool her until you can get her in in 2013?

    im going to call our local catholic school tomorrow.
    but i doubt they would take mid year enrolments!

    your right shanti. a teacher didnt see it, the 6th grader told a teacher ashley did and she is being blamed for it although she told that teacher, her teacher and the princple she didnt. poor girl

    Report that school to the Dept of Ed and get her out of there, the behaviour of both the teacher and the principal is unacceptable.
