Go for it Glenny!! At least I get a better understanding t is - i also agree with you we shouldnt be comparing on a national level if the curriculum isnt the same!

I will discuss my concerns with her teacher. I have to admit, DD's math work is around the 70% mark, whereas her other subjects are 96% & above, but when i seen her level on the NAPLAN results that frightened me!

Is she getting results in % s in YEAR 3 ????? That's really strange in this day and age. We are very much into reporting on outcomes and if they have been achieved not in % results.

Hi Mrsmac - DD gets a percentage plus the outcomes.

The percentages actually started in yr 1.
