Tanstar I hope you can get something sorted soon so you can get the enrolment done.

We got 2 dresses, 1 cardie and 2 polo's and the hat. Dd refused the shorts but we got a skort from target we will get tracksuit pants from there or Kmart. I will get the polar fleece jacket in winter she didn't want to take the cardi off! I will find a library bag and smock that are pink and pretty for her so she has her pink!

I was surprised at the cardi, normally she loves the polar jackets. But it looked really cute on her.

My poor baby girl after trying on the uniform she freaked out about school and regressed with tting, she had 5 accidents at kinder. She finally told me she is scared of school, she has been at her kinder/daycare for 4 years and hates changes to her routine. We are talking to her about how fun school is and have shown her photos of the school and will get her to talk her cousins who go to school.

Ah ok, I didn't know they had spare rooms. I bet that is way more than they were expecting. At the info night they were predicting 4 prep classes.

Way more! They may convert the large prep room on the hill into 2, otherwise there are spare rooms, just changes the layout grade wise throughout the school, they weren't expecting this many, must be long something right drawing from other schools I believe and surrounding areas.

116 preps! How big is the school? My DS is about to start, but there is only a dozen or so kids in the Year 0 class. Only 250 in the school which goes up to Year 8.

How many sets of uniform do they need? I am thinking 2-3 shirts, 2 pants, and a fleece? Is that enough or am I under supplying?

Our country town school where DD is going has 4 prep classes! More than the burbs school I teach at now!

Have I mentioned I'm frustrated!?!? Leaving now and telling myself it will only take a few days to sort uniforms etc one we know where we are going to live

Yeah my first thought was that they must be doing something right! I wonder if other schools close by will have lower than normal prep intake? Crossing my fingers that they won't increase class sizes too much.

Arte that sound like enough uniform wise. You could always get more later if you feel you need it?

Tan hugs darl, hope it all falls into place ASAP.

Found out today there are at least 5 from dd's kinder coming to the school. I have had only one person say negative things about the school and I didn't go into it with her as its only a casual acquaintance and it's her brother's ds who is going somewhere else instead.
