That meeting went WAY WAY overtime!

Miss E will be in EL-H next year! They are putting two classes up on the hill run by two teachers both starting with H (Miss H and Mr H). Miss E is technically in Mr H's class but the classes will run together most of the time and they will only separate for specialist classes. So its basically a class of 40 with two teachers. Some parents were a bit vocal about it and a bit unsure. But the teachers took it all in their stride and apparently it works well in a current junior class. Anyway both teachers seem lovely and have lots of experience with younger kids. Can't wait to tell DD tomorrow. She'll be stoked that her kindy friend is in her class.

Lunch is earlier. 12.50pm. Have no idea what the current bell times are so don't know what else has changed lol! Start of school day and finish of school day is the same.

Miss H is on top of the hill as well!

With Miss <3 as her teacher and the hottie male teacher as well...Come on Sangie, you're happy about THAT!! :P

That seriously went for waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long! Seemed they just rehashed stuff that we had been told before!

We are really excited about the class of 40 , both teachers seemed to be able to handle the kids. Cause, they certainly handled the parents well!

    yay

    very excited about next year!

    The time is coming...

So we have Miss Yellow! Excited about that as she was so nice, dd has apparently made a new friend in the group today her mum knew who she was tonight. Kind of glad we aren't in the big group as I don't think dd would have coped with that.

Olive the classes are now 50 minutes instead of an hour so lunch us at 1.00 now, its so they can fit in the specialist teachers.

    The time is coming...

Checked on dd last night and she was surrounded by her uniform and she wanted to wear it to kinder. Glad to see my baby girl so excited, she wanted to be on the hill as her besties sister is there but she also likes being near the snake.

Aaawww Olive I hope you all had fun at the carols. Have you found out your DD's teacher for next year yet?

Going to pay the school fees today and pick up books on Monday too.
We don't have a formal kindy graduation either but they do have little graduation robes and hats which each child gets to wear for a few mins and have a photo in. They have a Christmas concert on Monday (Miss E is going to be an angel) and the last session is a party with a visit from the big man in red. Can't believe kindy is almost finished!!
