Two Week Wait Support...
You obviously don't have to be in the tww to be here! But I know how hard it is being in the two week wait, I feel like I obsess over every little thing and almost make up symptoms so to speak. Lets come in here and share our thoughts and feelings during this time or if you get a BFP share some of your TWW symptoms.
I am at the end of my tww and I have had slightly sore boobs, emotional, break outs, frequent urination and yellowish stretchy discharge which I have heard can be an early symptom. But I don't know if I am thinking it all up in my mind. Anyone else?

Hi, Zionsmom.
I’m 3DPO and I’m going insane already, so I thought I’d stop in to BellyBelly. I read through many of the posts after my m/c and it really helped. Now I’ve finally ovulated again and this cycle looks really promising. I don’t want to get friends’ or family’s hopes up (other than my DH, I mean), so I’m keeping quiet. But I it’s all I can think about! Every little abdominal twinge is imbued with meaning, even though I’m sure it’s far too early to feel anything. Argh!
-
I know exactly what you mean! I gave in and tested yesterday which was 5 days before expected AF I have some symptoms that seem promising but I am not sure. Obviously the test was neg. So I am crossing everything. The stomache twinge is definately promising. :)

Do you girls never sleep? Very exciting times, Zionmum posted in another post of yours. Good luck to both of you just have to wait, it's not worth testing save $$$ and don't get a BFN because it was to early and then you stress in a different way and feel down. :dance:fingers crossed for BFP alround. Best wishes Pam.

Zionsmom - I'm 3DPO so I'm waiting for all my stupid fake symptoms to start kicking in. They ususally kick in for me CD3 onwards. I've only had this happen since my m/c in March. Your symptoms are sounding promising. I hope this is your lucky cycle.
mammal - we can by cycle buddies. Yes at 3dpo it's too early for anything but that doesn't stop us from wondering does it?
FF tells me not to test until August 1 at the very earliest and I'm actually determined not to test until my AF actually goes late. The only way I'd test on 01/08 is if I had major symptoms which I think is unlikely. With the last pg I was exhaused from wk 3 & had a craving for lasagne, if on the odd chance that happened again I may test early, but all other symptoms did not kick in til wk5 when I tested +ve.

Satya— would love to be cycle buds, but even before the m/c, I had really long cycles. Pre-m/c, I was almost always 35-36 days, with a 10 or 12 day LP. Post m/c cycle was 42 days, but there were many strange things about that cycle. If this isn’t the cycle for me, I really hope they at least shorten up a bit.
Blackduckies— I have a sneaky plan to get around the expense of testing (I tell ya, I really am feeling a little bonkers this time— I’m doing all sorts of exercising and odd household chores in addition to scheming about my fertility). I read that the pre-ovulation LH and the pregnancy hormone hCG resemble one another. So, while you can’t use a HPT to check for an LH surge, an OPK will detect significant amounts of HCG. The key there is that it has to be significant, usually only after a regular HPT would pick it up. That said, I bought an inexpensive OPK that has 20 test strips! In the store, I was thinking that I could use a couple strips this time and a couple next cycle and so on to save money. But now that I’m a crazed 2ww lady, I was thinking that I could use a couple of the strips for those early HPTs. You know the ones you’re dying to take before AF, even though you know it wouldn’t show up even if you really were preggo? It’s really a shame that 2ww insanity isn’t a sure sign of pregnancy!
Zionsmom— your symptoms sound like you have a great shot this month. Sending sticky vibes your way! And to all of us!

Mammal - It doesn't matter how long your cycles are - the cycle buddy thing after O relates to the DPO that you are. When you posted early this morning you stated you were 3DPO, if that's still the case then we are cycle buddies as I am 3DPO. If on the other hand you are elsewhere in the world or you are in the land of Oz but didn't realise you were in a new day when posting and you are now 4DPO then I guess we aren't quite cycle buddies.... but pretty close to. I have on average a LP of 11 to 12 days so either way we will be in pretty much the same place for this cycle. I've been trying for too long to waste any money on testing early. I did go through a phase for a while after the last m/c of testing early, but I've managed to get over it now.

Excellent-- cycle buddies it is! (I'm not in Oz, but I am still 3DPO)

I want a cycle buddy! :) Mammal and Satya I really do hope that its your month as well, I am trying to stay so hopeful but I have to tell myself over and over that I am not pregnant that way when Af arrives I can say I knew it was coming no biggie. Even though I will probably go and cry a lot all day and at work since I work the day the period is due.
-
Zionsmom—Is AF due this Wednesday for you? I am on hols this week (visiting the in-laws, which I hope will take my mind off things), but I’ll be at work when AF is due too.
Satya—A lovely fake symptom arrived today: nausea. Joy of joys! Actually, I think it’s nerves, sort of like the butterflies I’d get as a kid before a swim race.
-
Actually Mammal, I had my days wrong AF is due on Tues. for me and I have school ALL DAY like 9am till 4 :( and then Wed. I work So I will try to hold off testing till Wed. or even better Thur. IF my AF will stop!!! Hell NO NO AUNT FLO! :)
I also totally understand the nausea, I got some while eating brunch and driving but it didn't feel like something I would have because of pregnancy.
How are you blackduckies and satya?

Hi guys hope you dont mind if i join in here?
I am 12 dpo and gave into temptation and tested this morning and got a bfn:(
I had a huge temp rise this morning up by .4 degrees to 37.13 and all the symptoms of bloating, tender nipples, nausea, cramps and feel like I could drop to sleep any moment I really thought it would be positive. So I will wait again until wednesday to test again and hope for the best.
Goodluck to you guys testing! This thread was a great idea! It is nice when there are other people to do this horrible wait with!

Hi Ladies
Thought this might offer some hope..........
I tested at 10dpo and 12dpo - both very definately BFN - not a hint of a line.
Then tested the afternoon of 14dpo - and got a faint BFP.
So, hang in there - and BEST of luck!!

Cherie of course your welcome!!! I am sorry about your BFN the thing is its not over until AF comes. I gave in and tested this evening and got a BFN I also am at 12 dpo my AF is due on Tues. but if she doesn't come I will test on Wed. or Thur. SO :SAAF::crossfingers: I hope and pray this is our month.
LEE~ I can't even tell you how comforting your message was to me. I tested at 10dpo and got bfn and then I tested today at 12dpo and got - and my af is due at 14 dpo on Tues. I felt this wave of peace over me. Did you have any TWW symptoms I have had some small things but the only "real" thing that even my DH noticed was that my boobs feel and look heavier. :) If he notices something like that than I know its not in my head. :) Again THANK YOU LEE~
Saltprincess~ Don't lose hope I don't know what the outcome is going to be for me but I have had the Af achey feeling for a little over a week now. :)
Ladies~ The tww is so horrible but please lets keep the faith because its going to happen someday for all of us and then we will be able to tell others that it will happen for them someday as well. Lets get those BFP'S!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Zionsmom - I didn't have much in the way of symptoms - my bb's were not particularly sore, didn't get cramping. What I did notice was I just didn't feel like AF was on her way, and I did feel a little more tired than usual. I too, was curious and wanted to know if I was one of those lucky people that get a BFP early on. I wasn't! It took me till about week 7 to 8 before my symptoms really kicked in. Now the bb's are sore, and I'm full of nausea, but hanging in there! Good luck!!!! The signs sound promising! I'll be keeping watch and  for all you lovely ladies in this thread :)

Zionsmom and Cherie26 -- You can be cycle buddies! You’re nearly there. Just a little bit longer to wait.
Saltprincess—so sorry to hear you have that achy feeling. But there’s still a chance, right? :crossfingers:
Thanks for the encouragement, Lee and Blackduckies!
