Hi Ladies & Gents :D
Thought I'd start this thread to chat in to support our diets during the challenge - I know my diet's pretty horrid and it helps me to diarise my food intake.
Please feel free to discuss good & bad parts of our eating plans!
To start off, yesterday I had (gulp!)
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 packet of almonds in chocolate
- handful of crisps
- grilled fish with chips for tea
- 1 glass of wine
- 600mls of water
