Hi everyone. Wow we've all been so quiet! Just wanted to update. I am currently in the middle of my O period. It's either yesterday, today or tomorrow, so guess what I've been up to? Hehe! Anyway, I decided that this cycle I wasn't going to chart/temp and I was just going to BD around the usual time and hope for the best. I just found it so hard in my last TWW. I was temping every day and obsessing about the temps and trying to analyse every tiny little 'symptom', then a big let down when AF came on the Friday and my friend from work announced her PG.

I also decided I won't come on BB in the TWW. After tomorrow night, you won't see me until I either have AF or a BFP. I just get too obsessed and read too much into other people's hopeful comments. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE all your comments and support and everything, but I don't want my hopes raised and then dashed again, so I'll avoid BB until I know. I'm also going to try not to invent symptoms and 'play dumb' with myself (pretend that I am not TTC and have no idea what symptoms I could get etc) which is probably totally unrealistic and daft, but you gotta do what you gotta do to try and relax! So I'll keep commenting until end of tomorrow, but then the next time you hear from me I'll either have AF or a BFP. Hopefully the latter! :)

Glad to hear it's O time for you. I understand about the wanting forget al about the TWW. It can be so frustrating at times. I hope that when you get back from your Hiatis its a BFP though not AF.

AFM I am still waiting for O. I am doing OPK's everyday but you can barely even see the line. It's now 2wks 2 days since my m/c bleeding so I was expecting that I may have O'd a few days ago but looks like it will throw this cycle out, based on comparing opk's of other months I still have a minimum of 3 days til O at the earliest. Oh well I guess I will just keep testing. Lucky I bought 25 internet cheapies cause I have already used more than a pack of First response ones. Gah hurry up O!!!

i thought everyone had left this thread! lol im still in my TWW so i think the quietness has helped me a little in not obsessing too much! im still very anxious about it and am trying to keep busy so i dont think about.

ill be 14 days post LH surge on saturday so i think i am going to try and wait till at least sunday or even monday to test (if i need to). we are going away for Easter so at least ill be busy having a good time with friends.

one of our friends bought their four week old baby around on the weekend and he was so gorgeous.. i loved seeing him but it did make me even more desperate to get pregnant! i just really hope this is our lucky month!

like phebee, ill probably stay off here as well till after Easter cuz ill be away and i think it will make it easier to not think about it too much! (fingers crossed anyways).

bubbaT - my cycle after M/C was 42 days so if you can just keep testing. I got a bit discouraged that first month and we weren't Bd'ing all the time and then when we thought we were supposed to get AF and didn't i found it all a bit hard and we weren't BD'ing at all and that is when i O'd! so frustrating when our bodies just dont co-operate!

We started TTC in August last year and have had two m/c since then. We have decided to start TTC again this month. Im excited but also so scared that I'll lose another one. I'll never forget the look on DH's face when I told him our baby was gone, for a second time. Anyway, I guess I need to be positive that everything will work out this time. I hope it will for all of us.

DG *hugs* I am so sorry about your losses :( Looks like your second angel was due within a month of mine. Praying you have a sticky BFP soon!

Like I said the other day, I wasn't going to come on here after Tuesday, but I didn't have a chance last night to do a 'final' post. So I'm off now! Praying that the BDing we've done in the last few days will mean that I'm back here in 2 weeks with a BFP. If not, you'll see me back here with AF. yay. lol

HI Diamond Girl, and welcome. Sorry to hear about your losses. I can relate to your fears, but hope is what gets you through. Best wishes that your continued TTC journey is very short and has a happy ending!

Bubbat- cycles after m/c can be a little erratic! It's annoying becasue all you want is normality, but your body will know when it's ready. GL!

Phebee- TWW can be horrible, and trying not to think about it is a great strategy! GL and see you in a few weeks.

Hi everyone else! Hope you are all in the business end of your cycles!

AFM: Still jabbing and waiting for o. I have my first follie scan on Friday, a bit sacreligious I know, but that's when I got booked in! Unfortunately it looks as though we might o whilst camping, which could be interesting! I think things are happening, cause I've had a lot of pain in the last few days and CM seems to be increasing. I've never o'd before CD 18, and I'm CD 11 today so might be my first 'normal' cycle ever! Have a great Easter break!

It's been a while since I posted in here.

Well DH and I must have got our timing right this month. Let's just hope one of his swimmers got my eggo preggo.

After being on clomid, it's made me feel depressed and insignificant and my libido had suffered dramatically. Not to mention the bleh feeling, and the needles with blood tests every second day.

But that was all worth it... I ovulated.

Thank god!

Now just the wait to see if it's going to be a bfp or a bfn... I hate the wait!

Hello popping in here, we are not sure if we are going to ttc yet or ever DH is pretty tramatised as am I, although I can't help but just want to be pregnant again. I can't bare the thought that I have to go back to TTC. For fear of losing my mind I think I need to get some positivity from you girls as I try and cling on to you all moving forward :) hope that makes some sense.

I am still not ttc after my d&c at the beginning of the month. See the specialist this Thurs so testing will commence after that - not sure when we will get the green light to ttc again so......Still popping in here checking on you chickies though so babydust & stickyvibes GALORE. Hi ladies, yes im still alive, AF has settled to a very light thing so im managing. BUT 2 WEEKS FROM HELL!! last week brakes failed and then got fixed so that was all good. Last thursday I got a cold (im aenemic and run down) and friday ended up in hospital with asthma (which i havent had a bad attack in years). came out saturday arvo, worked sunday then WHAM monday morning went to go to work at 5:30am and some LITTLE S*^% has broken into our car, sprayed grafetti all over the windows, broken the small triangle window in the back, broke the ignition barral and distroyed everything else including our battery. Well the idiot left the sissors behind with blood on them and left a nice finger print so was caught a day later. coppers have charged him but his young, unemployed and so we probebly wont get a cent back off him for all the damage. So hasnt been a great time for us but now AF has semi left some good old BD has relieved some stress lol

P.S looks like 20th June I will go under the knife for my knee op so we arnt really trying too hard in the TTC til after my op.

Hi everyone - hope ur all enjoying the break.

Just quickly wanted to let u girls know I'm 15 days post LH surge so maybe 14 days post O and did a test this morning and it was BFP!!!!!! Still can't believe it and still kind of don't want to get excited incase it all goes pear shaped again but im so excited!

Betta go mobile going to die soon will do persies when back from holidays.

Hi everyone else!

AFM: I have just got home from our Easter weekend away, and I've had a great time! I'm almost positive I o'd last Thursday night, but scan on Friday showed a good follie on my right and a smaller one on my left so FS decided I needed to trigger on SUnday just in case. SO now I'm feeling icky after the shot and I'm not even sure it was necessary! Either way, I'm officially TWWing for the first time since m/c...whoa...here we go again!

Today I threw away my 12 positive pregnancy tests, they went in the garbage truck and are gone forever. I keep looking at them so they had to go. What a complete crap place to be, not pregnant, not able to ttc, not sure if I want to and totally not wanting to have to start over.....

AFM - I am finally due to ovulate in the next few days so Im happy about that. My m/c has totally changed my cycles though. They are longer now than they were before my m/c which is not helpful because we want to conceive as quickly as possible. Im just so sick of waiting, I mean we started ttc in July last year! Where is my baby?

DiamondGirl - i found my cycles were a lot longer (and my 'normal' cycle was already long!) and it bothered me a lot. my mom wasnt sure about going on clomid to shorten my cycles cuz she didnt think it was necessary but i just felt like i was wasting two weeks cuz my cycles were 42 days long. i always felt instead of 12 months to TTC we were only really getting about 8 cuz of all the extra weeks in my cycle. I explained that to my OBgyn who deals in fertility and that is why he put me on Clomid straight after the D&C.

Shan- i hope you get answers and some great results from you U/S this morning.

Have been unsure about whether to read/join this thread as i suppose i think it might make me sad. Had a missed m/c at 8 weeks altho i think i knew something was wrong - no idea why. Anyway, we will try again straight away but i'm scared about having another loss, i suppose that's normal. I just wanted to ask what everyone's cycles are like post-miscarriage? I was having long cycles when i fell pregnant (not O-ing till around day 33/34), have your cycles been the same or longer or shorter? Feeling anxious, sad & uncertain....

Oh boy am I behind! Don't really have much time to come on computer on here anymore, just iPod and it's hard to do persies on that. So now I'm on the computer:

hopefulgirl: Sorry you had to join us in here hun :( It's quite a slow moving thread compared to the TTC one. My m/c was also a missed one but at 12 weeks and I also think I knew something was wrong but not enough to act on it... IYKWIM? I take comfort in the fact that even if I had acted on it, they still wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. I'm now waiting for O in my 5th cycle after my m/c, 4 of actively trying. Only took 3 cycles the first time :( Mine haven't really changed length. The first 2 were normal (including the bleed straight after) and the second 2 have been a day shorter and 2 days longer respectively. *big hugs for you* Here you will find support because we all know what you're going through!

AFM: Coming up to O soon. REALLY want to catch that eggie. It's now been 4 actively TTC cycles since my m/c and it only took 3 to fall pregnant for that one. So that's quite frustrating. The other frustrating thing is the number of friends who've announced pregnancy on FB recently... always timed near AF as well. It really hurts. I've been quite sad and emotional about the whole thing lately and I think once I'm in the TWW I'm going to get the mods to ban me for it cause last time I tried not to come on here, it didn't work and I think I obsessed more than when I was on here. If I'm banned, I'll KNOW I can't go on, so I'll just not bother and do other things, then my mind will be off it.

just a quick one for me, I will go back in read and do persies later.
So my TWW in my 'practise' round has been quite eventful! I was POAS to track the pregnyl going out of my system, and imagine my surprise when MOnday the 2nd line started to get darker...so off I trooped to my FS to get a BT and it came back with a low ready of hcg at 27 for 13DPO which isn't great. So I went back today for a follow up BT and it didn't get back in time so now I need to wait untill tomorrow to know whether it's a definate or not. For now though, tentative BFP from me, praying and praying that this is my miracle but once again worried it wont stick around. Hang in there little one!

Hopeful girl - sorry you had to join us in here. A thread like this can make you sad but for me the help & support far outweighs this so....Hope your stay here is short anyway.I have had 3 d&c's & after the 1st my cycle took 6 wks to come back, after the 2nd 28 days (my regular cycle length) & the 3rd 30 days. My period came back pretty much the same as before the m/c's so no major changes there.

phebee - I hope this is your month too - you shouldnt be made to wait once you've had a m/c - it doesn't seem fair & as if the stress isn't bad enough already....lol at getting the mods to ban you!
Hi to everyone else also - haven't posted for a while but have read everyones news.
AFM....Have started my recurrent m/c testing - had a internal scan yesterday, have another one with saline inserted into the uterus tomorrow & lots of BT's coming up. Fun, fun, fun. If it turns something up though it will be all worth it.

hopefulgirl, my lengths probably don't help much - I had a natural m/c rather than a d&c, bled for 14 days, my first cycle was a bit longer, but my LP was still normal. After that I was on herbs to decrease the length of my cycle which worked - but my cycles were soooo long, like in the 40s, and never as regular as someone like phee's. One or two days I wouldn't have considered early or late, just a normal variant. I think they're generally pretty normal though. Good luck - may your journey be short. We got pg pretty quickly after the m/c and so far so good, so there is hope :)

hi ladies, sorry iv been MIA lately but havent really had time between school, work and BDing :D AF has left 3 days ago after...ooh iv forgotten how flipping long. Just on 5mg of primult N now which i will be for another 2-3 weeks until im ready to give AF another go.
Knee op set for the 20th June so 9 days short of finishing all classes for my nursing :( grrr but ill sort that out over the next week or 2.

still feeling very tired, immune system is nonexsistant and this is my 2nd cold in 3-4 weeks :(

Hopefulgirl: I've had to induce an AF after each m/c becasue of my cycle issues anyway, so I'm not much help I'm afraid. I don't have cycles at all unless I take meds. Good luck though, the girls in here will have some more advice I'm sure.

AFM: Well my 2nd BT came back and...
it's a :bfp: for me! hcg has risen from 27 to 147 in 3 days so I'm SOOO happy! Still early days, but I'm tentatively hopeful. With most of my m/c hcg has been low and stayed low from the start.

Bec - so happy for you sweets - HCG keep on rising!!! Just curious - did your recurrent m/c testing show that anything was wrong? Saline test wasn't too unpleasant at all & everything looked ok - I have a funny feeling my testing wont uncover anything. Just a hunch but time will tell.....
Shan - good riddance to af!! Good to have the knee op booked in too so you can get it over & done with.
MM - good luck with transfer tomorrow. Will have fingers crossed!
