Bread and butter pudding?
Make a big pot of rice pudding and heat up a bowl as you want some?
Thanks Tegam :D
Nic - Mmmm bread and butter pudding is a great idea!
Kels - 4 tablespoons of self raising flour, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 3 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 egg, dash of vanilla essence and some choc chips. Stir in one mug, into the microwave for 2.5-3 minutes. Nom nom nom.
I'm looking for something just as easy and yummmmm.
Cut up an apple and throw in some
Sultanas and cook in mike til soft then sprinkle some cereal on top like light and tasty and add a bit of cream - apple crumble!
I have an awesome brownie in the microwave recipe but it's not a one bowl cup one - it's a quiche dish one if you want it? Lasts about ooohhhhh 1-2 days here depending on Dh and if he eats the WHOLE darn thing in one go

Tanstar, My mouth was watering reading that, Im so going to have to give it a go.. My diet may not thank you, but how can you say no to that recipe?
It's sooo good - obviously has very healthy ingredients too haha but oh so good!
Do you think it would change the recipe much if I didn't add the choc chips?
Should be fine hun, will still be a yummy brownie!! Mmm craving this after my run today!!!
Make a sandwich out of puff pastry with nutella in it and toast it in a jaffle maker. I also like vegemite and cheese too.
You can also put tinned apple in them, or whatever takes your fancy. Just make sure to spray the jaffle maker with cooking spray first.
oats with sultanas and honey. 90 seconds in the microwave, then stir and put in the honey.
If I wanted to be naughty, I'd put in jam (apricot or black cherry probably) or brown sugar ...
not chocolate, but soooooooooo satisfying and easy.
Subbing because this all sounds delish!!
Ok, so it was fine without choc chips but can imagine it would be better with them :D
We always have frozen berries as a stand by dessert in summer but found a new use for them recently. Cubed bread, tossed in brown sugar, mix with frozen berries and custard. Zap in microwave but use a larger bowl as it made a mess!!
Dirty lurker

I just found this recipe on pinterest...
:
Nutella Mug Cake
Ingredients
4 tablespoons self rising flour
4 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons Nutella
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a large coffee mug. Whisk well with a fork until smooth. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 – 3 minutes. (Time depends on microwave wattage. Mine took 1 /2 minutes.) Top with whipped cream and a little chocolate sauce if desired.
2. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
Note: Depending on the wattage of your microwave, you may have to increase cooking time.
Makes 1 very large serving.
I have a cup brownie that comes out almost like a cross between a lava cake and self saucing pudding. And one is all you need. I adapted it from another recipe I used to make.
I bribed the girls with these tonight if they ate all their dinner.
Dark Chocolate and Marshemellow Paninis
Use raisin toast or fruity muffins (the ones you split in two, not the muffin top cake ones)
Chop up some dark chocolate (or use Lindt 60% dark chocolate squares)
Put those and a couple of marshmallows on one slice of the raisin toast or half the muffin
Put another slice of raisin toast or the other side of the muffin on top (like a sandwich)
Butter both sides
Pan fry both sides until chocolate melts (about a minute or so each side)
Sprinkle with icing sugar or sprinkle over hot chocolate mix
Eat.
Yum tinks.
Would love that recipe rogue please.
The choc cake made a big server i couldnt eat it all but my gosh it was yum
Oh fionas yummmmm
pls excuse the spelling mistakes on my galaxcy
Ohhhh yummmm!
Don't hate me...
Rouge's Chocolate Molten Lava Cake (in a mug)
1/4 cup of plain flour
1/4 cup of brown Sugar
2 Tbsp of Cocoa powder
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons of Milk
3 Tablespoons of Tub butter
8 squares of dark chocolate (roughly chopped into chunks) - DO NOT USE CHIPS! It helps the molten process.
Ok so mix the butter and sugar together then add the egg and mix, then add the milk and flour/cocoa. Once you are happy with the consistency stir though the choc chunks. Microwave in a mug (do not use a ramekin as it changes the cake completely) for 1min 20. Place a flat bowl over the top of the mug and turn out. You will be left with what looks like an erupted volcano with thick fudgey chocolate sauce and a beautiful light cake underneath.
I played with many recipes to perfect this. You need the brown sugar for the syrupy sauce, you need butter to ensure that it has that real flavour (I prefer not to melt it as it has a lighter sponge this way) and you must use chunks of chocolate instead of chips! I tend to drizzle it with cream. And DH and I can easily share one between us.
It should look like this...
Molten Lava Goodness
:o Rouge!!! I have just fallen in love again!
I need to try this!!
If you share please give me credit ;) As it hasn't reached my blog yet. Something I perfected just before Lu died, but it took me ages and lots of flops! So it's pretty top secret :p
I have no appetite at the moment but that looks delicious!!!
Rouge you have just made my night!
Oh my LIFE Rouge - can't speak....... IT'S waiting for me to eat it.....BBS...........
WTA: Amazing...... Pity DH didn't want to share though because I ate about 1/3 and that is all I could manage! SOOOOO good!!! I used Old Gold dark choc toffee - it's all I had and yum yum just what I needed after a crapful day!!! :D
Yay. I'm glad you liked it. Who says you can't get decadence from a microwave ;)
Oh my goodness! How did I not see this! Trying your molten goodness tonight Rouge!
