He was so cute tonight. He was just walking around the lounge room and stopped, stared at Yariv and virtually yelled out "Dad Da !!!" You should have seen Yariv's face. He was like the proudest dad in Melbourne! Shaun's been sayng da da da for ages now - but nothing quite a specific as that.

Sheree Hope that cold clears up! GL with getting your VBAC. Don’t let them talk you down or scare talk you though. Like you said if it happens then so be it but be firm about what you’d like. I don’t envy you trying to eliminate dairy from your diet you poor thing. If its worth a shot though I’d be trying it as well.

Ellissa That is so sweet of your sister and her boyfriend to cook you dinner.

Jodie Definitely stick to your guns baby!!!! With the numbers you’ve had go through your place the auction will go really well. And if for some reason it doesn’t then I’m sure that building up would be a fantastic idea!! :hugs: to you as well. I feel that way right now about certain things in my life so I can really empathize with how you’re feeling!

Kim That is fantastic news about the new position. What is it?? Congratulations though I’m sure you’re pleased!!!

Sara It is soooo good to hear from you! Colby just looks absolutely adorable!!! My friend also had hemorrhaging after the birth of her bubs and I know how terrifying it was for her and her family. Sending you lots of lovely hugs. I am glad to hear that things are going well now and she is feeding so beautifully!

The Gwen concert was just fantastic. She was so awesome live! And a great performance as well - the dancers she had are really great!! I have been sick myself for the past few days though. Bloody winter and all its lurgies. Finally getting some sleep because Em's better and now its my turn lol.

Speaking of sleeping and Em I had the bed to myself ALL night for the first time in a long time! Normally Em comes in for cuddles around 6ish! I have to say when the alarm woke me up I was quite sad I'd missed out on my snuggles lol!!!

I'm quite looking forward to tomorrow. Getting my long hair chopped off :o. I have grown it out for 2 years and it reaches my bra strap and now I'm going for Posh Spice Bob lol... it'll def be a change but I'm looking forward to it. I will miss my hair but its over coloured anyway so time to start fresh. Then I'm off to check out a new rental place. Its a new theme in my life right now - new starts lol!

Nat - god i feel for you right now as I have said to you on MSN, but I do like how you are so positive and moving on and making some wonderful changes. Can't wait to see the new haircut, a change is so so nice.

sara - Cloby is absolutely perfect, well done, she does look a lot like Briley. LOL at ur hairy crack had a giggle when i read that he he. Fantastic to hear she is such a champion feeder esp with tongue-tie. Well done also on the natural birth that you dreamt of you must feel pretty clever now!

Went and talked to GP about anxiety and depression today, how i am concerned about getting PND again, he is a great dr and i feel so much more in control of things now, plus i got a haircut this afternoon, it is straight for the first time ever and actually looks okay, i do like my curls though, i am gonna grow it out again has been short for a few years now. Had drs appointment at 9:15 so of course Archie sleeps in til 9:00!! What a rushed morning! Lucky the dr is only 5 mins away.

Elissa - so glad you are feeling better and whahoo on the new haircut. I got mine cut off a week ago now in to a bob and it is a dark chocolate brown with a few blonde foils. Makes a change from the blonde hair I use to have. Oh and the midwife said a high chance in her professional life she has seen more then 1 reflux baby in the one family and for the simple fact I too was a refluxer I think makes my odds even worse. Lets hope she is wrong wrong wrong!

just had another open house... 3 couples. 1 couple have been before, so they are keen. They said they would put in an offer tomorrow (guys a bit of a joker - so not sure if he's 100%). Another couple had a 2 month old baby - and they stayed the whole time and chatted alot. They said they loved our house, and were also asking about offers etc. So I feel happier now. :)

heading off soon for a massage from one of the BB girls (yael)... so I'm looking forward to that. Might get a good nights sleep tonight!

sheree - your hair sounds nice, certainly is a huge change from blonde! Mine is still pretty much the same as it was just a bit styled more to suit my face, can't wait for it to grow though. Oh no at the reflux running in the family thing! Drs told us we have no higher chance of another refluxer as anyone else does, they reckon Arch only has reflux cause of the operation, but im not 100% convinced, MIL reckons DH had reflux, mild though, and he has always had trouble with heartburn, so fingers crossed for both our future babies hey!

shazz - hi, how are ya? What you been doing today?

jodie - great news about the couples who went through the house, sounds promising! Enjoy your massage you lucky thing!!

Arch is in bed screaming, he keeps throwing the dummies out of the cot then screaming til i come and get them, im not enjoying this game, he used to do it all the time but hasn't done it for months. Wish me luck!

Bugger Elissa - Archie BEHAVE yourself!

I do think though Elissa it depends on who you talk to. I think every doctor/midwife has different opinions on it. I have also read that we have a higher chance but I think it just all depends, probably luck of the draw, like Vic not all hers were refluxers. So I guess alls we can do is hope and pray. I am afraid if we have another refluxer though, our baby making days are OVER!

Wow Jodie, that's such a lot of people. I really hope you get what you need for it. :crossfingers:

Yeah I'd heard that about reflux being genetic. I'm not going to think about that. (sticks head in sand). I just want a sister for Darcy....

Oh Sara, she's lovely and I'm so glad to hear you so positive! What an awful shock for you straight after, but I'm so proud of you feeding her!! Go COLBY!
As for us, Darcy's being a cow tonight. She got to go to bed 15 minutes early for her torubles too! She was biting me. I'd go cross and she'd come back and do it again. She definitley knows 'no' and 'don't be naughty'. SHe looks away and hides her face with her hand. In the end I put her on her chair and told her not to move. She didn't. She's a good tanty chucker though. I haven't seen Cam since Saturday Night except for about an hour in total. For three shifts he's done 23 hours OT....I have been so busy trying to set stuff up for our move today....a thousand phonecalls to unhelpful people. And now she's been in bed an hour and I'm not cleaning up anymore!

sheree - thankyou for the stern words, lets hope they are effective, he is quiet for now. I have been inforned VERY strongly that this will be our absolute last baby, actually i think i was quite releived when he told me that as im not particularly looking forward to m/s, labour, bf exhaustion, constant night waking again, so knowing its the last time i will be doing it makes it sound not too bad. a mild reflux baby i could handle quite well, ust please don't give me another servere refluxer!! I don't know if my poor old washing machine can handle another servere refluxer!!

kim - woohoo on the jobs, i am wishing lots of easy moving vibes! We moved 400km last year, not much fun. sounds like you have had a very trying day, definately do not clean up tonight, just relax.....hope you don't get another refluxer either! Yeah i always wanted a daughter, never imagined myself with a son, knowing that this will be our last baby it hought i would be really upset if we didn't have a girl, but now i think i'd rather Archie have a brother to grow up with....a girl would be great toothough of course, im getting a bit ahead of myself i think, gotta catch the egg first! Hope your day is easier tomorrow.

Agggh I too would prefer no more throwing up but main struggle with Lachlan was feeding. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER REFUSAL TO FEED CHILD! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok put in my order to above, I hope he heard! I really don't think I could handle it again, way too stressful.

Ohhh the big move now Kim and the organising, YUCKO! gl with it. Ouch on the biting. I am lucky Lachlan doesn't bite. Did when he was younger but he didn't realise either.

sheree- oh yeah i forgot about the refusal to feed stuff, i definately count myself lucky that i gave birth to the hungriest boy on the planet! It is very scarey to think of having to do all that hard work again, thankfully we now know that it is all well worth it!

If we fed well now I would say it was all worth it. LOL. But really he is better then he was. They definitely were the hardest times in my life, the anger the frustration, I really believe if I didn't have Wade I don't know where I would be right now LOL. Agggh its all good we got thru it, just not sure how at times hehe.

Well the haircut is done... still thinking about the best way to get a photo to you all. Its alot shorter then I imagined it would be but it still looks good and everyone thinks it suits my face so it can't be too bad lol.

I am very tired and on my way to bed. Started posting this ages ago but lost track trying to write on email to a friend. I finally have a study day tomorrow so I am looking forward to doing some cleaning and then getting stuck into some study. So you might see you me around tomorrow!

i'm doing alright i have been on pain killers for a few days now so i feel really spaced but i think it is getting better i have feeling in my fingers now so that is a good thing bbl tonight to catvh up properly bye

Morning girls,

Just poppin in quickly before i take Briley into DC. She went yesterday aswell and had a ball! When we first got there she went straight up to this kid and gave her a cuddle!! Then she went and sat at the table where all the other kids were and did'nt even look back at us! Kinda made me a little sad. Like she was ok without us!! :( Good for her though!

Colby and i are going good. My milk supply is absolutely MASSIVE! I have already had to express to reduce the engorgement. Colby is still feeding like a trooper too. I am still quite weak. We spent all day in town yesterday fixing up the centrelink and birth registration things yesterday and i was totally wrecked by the end of the day.

I have started my double dose iron tablets today. Hopefully it won't take too long for me to get back to my normal self. The Dr reckons that because i lost so much blood it will take me 3-6 months to get back to where i was! I hope not. Its terrible feeling like this.

Anyways...better go! Briley is waiting! :)

I might be back online later. See how much energy i have!

Glad Briley's enjoying DC Sara. Hope those iron tabs do the trick. The iron injections are horrendous.

I have another headache (makes me remember why I like being on the pill - stupid hormones). This one's the nausea and blurry vision type - but I WANT to be on the computer so I'll put up with it for a bit. We've been out to the accountants and then to a play centre with my nephew today. Darcy just loves him, but he finds her bothersome (he's nearly 4). Think we might stay home and do nothing tomorrow because Saturday we have mothers group for brekkie, a birthday party after lunch and then i'm going to a meetup for dinner - whew tired just thinking about it.

When did you get urs done? I think I got mine done last Thursday, a couple of days after I got a BFP, just over a week ago now.

Nah mine looks ordinary when not styled and blow dried and I am too lazy. Hehe. Wish I had of got a pic when the hairdresser did it for me.

Oh weeks ago I got my long long hair cut off up to my ears, and then 3 weeks ago I got it cut really short. Yeah mines the same. Get's easier though. Not I can do it in 10 mintues - still suck at picking 'product' though lol.

Riley and Erin are watching TV and DH is having a sleep so I actually have time to type!!! Jess is at work, she finished work experience today. She really loved it but found it exhausting!!
Tomorrow we are going to a 1st birthday party at the Koala Park and then I have the BB dinner so I am looking forward to it. Sunday is Jess' soccer, if they win they are in the grand final but if they lose its the end of the season. They are playing Sydney Uni who can be pretty rough so hopefully she won't get hurt!

Hope you come and visit us more often now! Wow... 3 days of labour... I thought my 12 hours was hell. And 7lb4 and 4 weeks overdue! Shaun was 9lb and he was a week early!!! Dread to think of his size if he stayed in another 4 weeks. :lol:

Gosh I'm tired. Still!!!
Just to add to the emotional stress. I went to work yesterday and was checking some security footage from my cameras. Realised that one of my staff had been doing treatments on her friend (in prime time) and not charging her. A 1.5 hour facial last week, and 1 hour of waxing this week - around $150 worth). So I cracked it with her yesterday. Then I went in today and thought I would investigate a bit more, because this 'friend' of hers comes in regularly - like once a month or so. Check my computer... and she hasn't paid for any treatments since November 2006 !!!! Then I really cracked it with my staff. This girl has worked for me for 7 years! I thought I could trust her. I have been so disappointed. She felt soooo bad. She's going to pay the $150 for the last two weeks - and I'm going to be phoning her friend and letting her know that her free beauty treatments has come to an end!

Not much happening with our home (open for inspection tomorrow)... but the good news is that there are now a number of homes that we would be interested in buying. Last week there was just ONE. Our auction is in TWO weeks!!!! gosh it's gone so fast!

I've also got someone interested in the salon... seeing it on Sunday. So fingers crossed there....

Sorry no personals again... got to get stuck into some paperwork.

Shazz- I can't believe I forgot you in my personals, SORRY! How is your headache? Hope you are feeling a lot better than earlier in the week.

yeah... I told her she was stealing. I said it was a sackable offence. She was in tears. I kept saying how disappointed I was. How I trusted her. How I thought she had respected me. She said she didn't do it against me... she was just 'being friends' - and she didn't think. And believe me - this girl is no rocket scientist. But she is a hard worker, who never takes days off, and has loads of clients... so I won't take it any further. She knows that it wont be happening again - and the other two staff will also be keeping a closer eye on things to ensure that it doesn't happen either.

I've spoken to Yariv too... and I'm going to try and go into work on Thursdays and Saturdays for the next two months - just to get things back on track... and try to generate some extra $$ myself. Got to try before I get too big to reach the wax bed!.

Ohhhhh how terrible Jodie. I think you handled it ever so well!

Too tired for personals and Lachlan is being a rite little **** this arve! Never ever seen him like this, I am so angry right now.

Well for the first week in as long as I can remember we all got through without ANY sickness. That's the first time in about 6 months. HAPPY DAYS.

Just had to share that.

Week went well. Worked my butt off, working back at work a couple of days to try and get on tope of things. I am buggered eh.

Kaitlyn got her half yearly report this week from 'school'. So cute. Kaitlyn is a pleasure to teach. She loves dancing, art, and listening to music. SHe is a happy caring and sharing little girl.

I am so proud!!!!

Just quickly - SARA - Colby is so so gorgeous. Hope you 'pick up' with the energy soon and the iron tablets work. Glad Briley likes CC.

Going to a jewellry party tonight so better have something to eat before I go.

BB tomorrow for some more personals.
