I've been trying to find certain types of fabric (terry cloth mainly) in Australia to buy online (without it costing the earth!) and haven't had much luck...there are so many places in the US to buy fabric online its not funny, and some of them have a huge range, with exactly what I want and for seemingly reasonable prices.

Has anyone else imported fabric from overseas? I would buy some straight away except I'm a bit hesitant about customs...have looked on the AQIS website and I haven't found anything that says fabric isn't allowed in the country, but it doesn't say if I would be charged for having it treated or anything?? I don't want to get in trouble with them! If anyone has any idea that would be great I really wish I could find the fabric here in Aus, would make life so much easier but I just can't find any!
