can someone sew me a dress?!

i am in DESPERATE need of a dress (ok so i dont NEED it but im dreaming about it, possibly even drooling...)
i wish i could sew but no skills here...

there are a few ppl on ebay who deconstruct male band tshirts and turn them into chicks hoodie dresses, but none of them (as far as i can find) will do a custom one for me (i.e. the band i like and my measurements...basically its a long sleeved mini dress with a hood and a band logo on the front.

they look pretty easy to do and im happy to pay for the band tshirt, fabric, labour (and postage costs if u dont live in perth)

i can PM u examples of what im after, please anyone!!!
