thanks HotI but that link isn't working and I now have photos on my lappie that I can upload Is there anywhere else I can look on how to do it??

you can now insert images by pushing the icon that looks like a tree in a photo frame (if you look close).

1. press 'post quick reply'
2. click on tree in a photo frame icon along top (it is 4th from the right) 'insert image'
3. upload th pic

the photos can't be too big though so you might have to change size first
