I have a Jenome, but not the one you are looking at. Im not sure mines model, but its the one with the breast cancer ribbon. Mum advised me to pick Jenome, plus cause I got it at the Jenome store I got a free lesson on how to use it and keep it clean etc.. and know I can contact them anytime if I have any questions about it. not sure how that works though from another store, but I'm sure their troubleshooting is good.
