Nothing in the book disturbed me at all. Except when he was small and his mum was dead.,, that bit bought me to tears.

Oh OP I agree with everything you wrote in your other post and thought the same things. But then I was also hooked and really liked it. I felt like I was betraying myself lol.

Lol yes. I was outraged and thinking she was a complete idiot, lol. But I'm also a sucker for a 'love' story.

    I can't do it.

I just can't read it any more.

The writing is making my eyes bleed.

Could someone please just tell me what happens in the third book? I have looked but cannot find a detailed synopsis... I want to know what happens, for completion, but I cannot possibly read it.

I do however have someone who wants to read the books really badly, who I will donate them to, so they will go to a loving home.

    How appropriate.

I just finished the series. Took me a while. I just couldn't get into the first book, or probably the first 3 quaters of the second book.

The BDSM didn't really bother me, but it did have an affect on me, having been in a relationship where I was told it was exciting to hurt me... The controlling side of him drove me insane. I just wanted to slap her & tell her to get away.

When she saw his therapist, I thought we were going to get more into her past & find out why she was so insecure etc? I was waiting all through the books, because they kept hinting that there was more to her.

I enjoyed more reading about the helicopter crash, fire & all the things surrounding her boss's revenge than anything. Thats when I really got into it. At first I was only reading it so I could say I have.

I did finish it though, then think 'hmm... what now?'

There was one line at the end of the third book that really doesn't sit right with me though. 'I think she likes sex already' in reguards to an unborn baby... Not right.

    Bahahhahahhahahaaha P nice one

Using storyline in the same sentence as 50 shades. Ahhhhh funny.

It's so totally forgettable that I've forgotten. Already. And I only read it what, a few weeks ago?

Let's see what I can recall. Spoilers below!!!!!!!!

If you can spoil such a predictable plot

Spoilers. Spoilers. Read on if you want!!

    Don't say I didn't warn you...

So. There's sex. Sex, more sex, abuse, therapy, blah blah. Get married, have an extravagant honeymoon where they have sex seven times an hour and she orgasms fifteen times each time, he beats her, she worries about him and flushes a lot.

Get home, she falls pregnant, he abuses her, says that she's trying to steal his money. Runs off to his ex, the Mrs Robinson character. She is angry and hides in the red room. As you would.

Umm... The stalker guy does some more stalking. He gets caught. Goes to jail. They buy a house. Have sex. Move to house. Have baby. She has a complete unnecaesarean because surprise surprise her labour doesn't go according to plan. Grey turns into super dad. Of course. They have sex. More sex. Have another baby. Planned caesar because Grey didn't like being out of control. Other chick has a baby. The friend.

Can't remember much else. Totally predictable.

?...Was basically just a mildly tittilating and badly written bit of fluff, and the last book was just SO bad if I knew it was that awful I wouldn't have read it at all.
and yet we all do read it!!! And add more to her millions!! I feel rather stupid about that

Rumpled, although I don't practice bdsm, even I went what the! Such a bad representation. My main issue was that it made out you have to be 'fifty shades of f****ed up' to want to practice bdsm.

I never finished the series thankfully.
