The middle book from the Call The Midwife series - tales of the Workhouse.
A Thousand Splendid Suns - in fact I gave the book away, far too upsetting to read again

Anything by Matthew Reilly. LOVE his books, but they're so relentless from beginning to end, I just couldn't put myself through that again!
Can I add The Good Women of China. Amazing book, if anyone wants to read it you would be most welcome to have my copy.
What's it about Trav? I'm looking for a good book to start now that I'm reacquainting myself with the library![]()
The Story of Edgar Sawtelle. (WHAT where you thinking, Oprah??)
Wild swans (amazing, but geez the tragedy)
Anything by Peter Carey because his writing irritates me
Hahaha, I love those posts. They're gentle ways of saying 'Dude, how hard is it to wiki something?! Jeez. Here, I'll even do it for you'
The Davinci Code and Angels and Demons...and I'm pretty sure there's another Dan Brown book in there somewhere, something about a code? Anyway, once I know the end I just get impatient to get there, so it's not enjoyable any more.
