    It's funny because one I the things I thought was important that they missed (well they glanced over it) and could have easily included was food. It was made to be such a big thing in the book and showed how different the district and the capitols were and how extravagant it all was...

    I agree Beatrix - if you had only seen the film then why it is called The Hunger Games is not clear at all. It should have been easy to explain a bit more too - when Gale says he is in the reaping 42 times would have only needed a little more dialogue to explain about you go in extra times to get more food and therefore the Hunger Games is harder on the poor than the rich etc.

    Really! That is interesting! Why would they leave that out? Hmm.

    I'm still going to attempt to go see it. Still looking forward to it. But probably not til after Easter, so a few weeks away for me.

    That's exactly what my sister and I said when we came out from seeing it. I thought they'd explore a few more things & characters just a tiny bit more.
