I bought the Tomorrow Series and Ellie Chronicles last year to relive reading them from my school days - I still love them just as much!

Another fan of the Tomorrow Series and Ellie Chronicles. The rights have been given for the second film to go ahead too, with production to start sometime this year.
Helle - was it a bad storyline for Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, or just slow? I've been thinking of reading it, but my attention span isn't great at the moment.
Anyone who has read My Sister's Keeper and seen the movie - I've heard the ending is different. I'm guessing the only way it could be different is to go the complete opposite of what happens to the sister who is a donor?
I read Girl with the dragon tattoo but didn't really enjoy it - it was a book club book. Didn't feel the urge to read the other ones. It starts slow but does pick up pace... but it isn't a pleasant book, IYKWIM. The writing is fine, just the subject matter isn't nice.
DH is regretting my Kindle too. It is the most dangerous thing anyone could ever give me - I fancy reading a book, I can just download and read it! I hate to think what my credit card bill will look like this month. Especially as we had no TV for a few nights, so I just got a new book instead.
My hubby keeps asking if I want a Kindle.
I just can't imagine not *holding* a book when I read. IYKWIM?
I just keep ordering from bookdepository dot com . Cheap and free postage! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I'm still reading Song of Ice & Fire by George RR Martin. I'm at book four & am very disapointed to learn there are more to comeI thought that would be it. I jsut want to know who wins! (Don't tell me
)
Tomorrow & Ellie are the best. I have read them over & over countless times. I got the first three for my 13th birthday. I still love them.
My Sister's Keeper - I have read this & seen the movie. I was very disappointed that they changed the ending. The ending in the book was much better and very unexpected. I guess it was too much for the hollywood crowd to handle. Peanutter - I thought it was the other way around? I can't check though as I deleted the movie & sold the book. You're probably right though & I'm losing my mind.
Nikky - I'm the same re holding a book. I can't imagine using a kindle.
