I've eaten about three quarters of the things on that list... But I had to look up head cheese... Unfortunately I have eaten it when I was a kid, but I don't think I ever will again. I must admit I was thinking something even far worse than what it is.you know how sometimes you get a bit of hard cheese like tiny stuff just appear in your mouth (I know there's a technical term but I can't think of it), well I was thinking of that, except in grossly large amounts and from a cow (sorry to those who just threw up a little in their mouths).
