Sorry to hijack but I was wondering if they have an organic range? I have been impressed with Coles homebrand organic but I would consider going to aldi if they were doing the same sort of thing...
i do almost all my shopping at aldi, i was a bit snobby at first, but now i love it, i do a bulk shop every fortnight and it saves me an absolute fortune. i think the quality is great - except the flavoured tuna, but i'm picky about that - and the price is amazing.

Yes they have some organic products. These are what I have found so far.
Tinned tomatoes - diced and whole (often have to hunt for the diced tins)
Tomato paste
Pasta - pretty sure I have seen some
Pasta sauce
Chocolate
Thanks Astrid, I might have to go and check it out! Sounds similar to Coles.
I wish Aldi would open up in SA!!
Aldi is becoming so popular here in big country town Ballarat they have opened THREE Aldi's in under 2years
I honestly can't see how different the effort would be in checking for additives on items at Aldi as to what it would be at other leading supermarkets.
Yeh, you will find some products at Aldi that are not that great BUT that goes for the same at leading supermarkets once again ... BUT geez, the prices$$ at Aldi are just FANTASTIC... There are lots of items from Aldi i just love
I have in the past & someone else did too start a thread on what is everyone's favourite Aldi products. It was brilliant trying products on the recommendations of other fellow BB's![]()
Astrid i'm truely thankful for you kindly pointing that out though that i actually do realise that there are not many alternatives ... Hope your comment was in humour as i'm by far not a negative person ... i'm off to eliminate the lil' face in case it did offend or upset you Astrid, so Sorry if it did ... Looks like i might need to be careful with rolled eyes in the future, so here's a smiley face instead![]()
