I have some defrosted lamb strips for dinner tonight ... and I have an opened bottle of Shiraz Merlot (yeh, cheap $2.99 bottle from Aldi ... is a shocker of a wine )

... Anyway, does anyone have a recipe idea of what I could make with these ingredients ... I also have plenty of vegies too
