spent hours googling it today... checked their website too.
Going to email them, but thought i would ask here...
If i get it, i will post it here as it seriously was devine...
I think there was carrot, spinach and maybe pinenuts (not sure about the nuts) and a bit of cheese in it...
Hopefully someone has it![]()
Mine has the bolognaise one too. The chicken one sounds good though!
OOh sorry just looked mine has a quiche recipe?
Thanks girls,
got an email back from the company, here is a copy of the recipe for those that are interested
Chicken Swirl
Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 4 (makes 8 slices)
Ingredients:
2 Sheets of Pampas Puff Pastry
500g minced chicken breast
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
100g shaved cheesed or thinly sliced
125g frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 carrot cut into thin strips
Method:
1. Combine mince, onions and garlic. Mix well. Place pastry onto baking paper. Lightly brush one edge of pastry with water, overlap with second sheet and press gently.
2. Spread chicken mixture over pastry leaving a border on the top short edge of about 5cm. Add a layer of cheese over chicken, then spinach and carrot.
3. Starting with the short edge near you, and using the paper to help, roll pastry around the filling like a Swiss roll. Cut roll into slices of about 3cm thick.
4. Place slices with cut side up on a lightly greased oven tray. Bake in a pre-heated oven (200 degrees Celsius/220 degrees Celsius conventional) for 20-25minutes or until pastry golden.
