Bah. Sunday Cooking Block.

I'm feeling totally uninspired with food. Marc is holding me hostage this afternoon as he wants me to cook him pork belly (crispy) for dinner which means it will have to start cooking soon... I want to bake in the meantime but I don't know *what* to bake... I had decided on Lemon Sugar Snaps but my lemon tree is looking lean and the recipe doesn't call for green lemons... hmpf. I have to make Peanut Butter Slice after dinner, but what to do now? Maybe I should poke Marc and send him to the shop to get some Lemons I need cream for the Potato Bake anyway...

I have 3 packets of them in the cupboard... I use them to entertain the kids LMAO! Buuuuut I wanna do it from scratch... *wah* Maybe I'll make something after dinner... providing the kitchen is clean (it is now YAY!)

Okay okay you have inspired me, even though I am feeling like ****, going to do a self saucing pudding for tea since the oven is warming anyway for Garlic Bread. We are having a BBQ tonight since it was a lovely day.
