    Baking Pork Chops?

Has anyone baked pork chops before? I havent - usually pan fry or bbq but feel like something different tonight.

I have looked online and cant seem to find a recipe that tickles my fancy so does anyone have any ideas? Just as a precursor I dont have any tins of mushroom or chicken soup in the cupboard like some recipes suggest but I have plenty of stuff like soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, tinned toms, packet french onion soups, tom puree/paste/sauce, onions, cream, sour cream, chicken and beef stock etc.

    Any help appreciated.

    Have you got gravy powder?

One night I accidently defrosted pork chops instead of lamb and I didn't feel like BBQ so I browned them up in a saute pan with a bit of salt and pepper then added casserole vegies and a watery gravy then chucked that in the oven for 2 hours. Served on mash potato...

    OMG delicious
