I actually mean the red beans as in red beans and rice. I think they're kidney beans with some kind of sauce or maybe bortoli (sp) beans? It's a creole dish.
I've found it online but I always prefer to get recipes from real people before using one I've googled.

TBH any kind of bean recipe is good. I want to start cooking more vego food.
