I've just googled them. There are some reviews on blogs. It looks like it can do the job, with adaptation. Like the Thermochef, it's probably a good option for people who can't afford a TMX. It won't last as long, but sometimes that's the choice you have to make. We recently replaced our washing machine and wanted a Miele but couldn't afford one. We got a Samsung instead for 1/4 of the price. We'll have to replace it sooner but it was a cash flow decision.
One safety concern on the Bellini is that you can turn the speed right up with hot ingredients, which you can't with the TMX. instead of slowly increasing the speed like the TMX, there's a risk of hot liquid spilling out. Apparently it can't sense the temperature either, which will restrict some things.
