DH and I love the Moccona Indulgence - it has a black label. Can be more $$ than some of the others but we usually stock up when it is on sale!

lol my DF thought that the coffee was mixed with green tea too, i think its just a mix of normal coffee beans and 'green' coffee beans, making it better for the environment. so its not actually coffee and tea mixed together

Moccona here too, or Nescafe Gold for a second choice. And for something different I quite like those nescafe flavoured coffee sachets.

Thats weird, the advert implies its green tea mixed with coffee, hence double the antioxidents?

    Another question:

How much coffee do you put per boiling water? ie, teaspoon/tablespoon per say 100ml water etc?

I took it to mean that green coffee is supposed to have antioxidents too? Dunno...I wasn't paying that much attention.

I use 1 teaspoon per cup, so I guess that's about per 250ml? If i'm feeling particularly blurry, the coffee side of the ratio increases.

Im pretty sure its green coffee beans, coz the adds got 2 beans jumping around, one brown & one green.

Generally I have 1 teaspoon coffee to a cup, Im guessing around 200-250ml water

I thought all coffee beans were brown? i must pay more attention next time too!

I'm trying to make the perfect ration for iced coffee, this morning i tried:

    1 tablespoon moccona
    100 ml boiling water
    200 ml milk
    1 teaspoon sugar
    3 ice cubes
    Then shake in shaker

It was a bit too strong!

Does anyone have a better recipe?

I know what you mean about those Robert Timms sachets! I discovered them while staying at the Sebel (DH's work paid)... I brought home the spares! I rarely fleece hotel rooms BTW... I left the complimentary toiletries! LOL

Can't afford them either but Maconna is a close substitute.... almost any blend except for Mild Roast.

I only buy them on special though. If the standard 200g jar is reduced to under $10 each i stock up. I haven't had to pay full price for years.

I pop 1 heaped teaspoon into my large cups and a level teaspoon into our smaller ones. I don't add sugar but often add cream. Always have milk. I'm a 2 cup per day person.

ETA: forgot to add that my motehr drank Green tea Chai Latte whilst she was staying with us recently. Ugh!!!!! Green frothy slime was on everything!
