    I agree with the PP's yummy yum

    Or there is this fish coating you can get from coles *runs to pantry to check name* Tandaco Coating Mix for lightly seasoned fish. Its in a yellow and green pack. Just coat and pan-fry. We had snappper the other night and used that and it was amazing!! Soo yummy!

    Thanks so much guys, I don't eat fish myself but just want to make it as yummy as possible for the rest of the family. DS was so so proud of himself, it is his biggest catch yet.

    My hubby pan fries our fish with garlic and then makes this cream sauce with sweet chilli, fresh tomatoes and macadamias. He puts it on a bed of couscous. It is my favourite meal. My mouth is watering thinking about it mmmmmm well done to your DS! Very impressive!!
