Mmmm....chocolate custard!!
Ok, so I have 6 egg yolks left over after making pavlova last night - need a way to use them up because the idea of just chucking them seems so wrong somehow. Thinking of making lemon curd to start with, but looking for other ideas if anyone has them![]()

From memory Friands have a lot of egg yolks in them.
Mayo, hollandaise sauce, custard, custard tarts, zabaglione(a raw egg yolk recipe, so not to be had whilst pg!), passionfruit curd
Lemon curd! Or mayo. Noms.
Custard or lemon butter. Yum

I would say throw them in a milk shake for the kids. Or if you could be bothered baking more, add 1 to the cake mix (along with the eggs in the mix). Or as others have said, custard. Or ice cream...
Ended up making lemon curd - so tasty!
I use them in my white sauce for pasta bake - makes the white sauce firm yummy
egg nog ... I have 6 whites in my freezer from my nogg!!!!
