Ok, so I have 6 egg yolks left over after making pavlova last night - need a way to use them up because the idea of just chucking them seems so wrong somehow. Thinking of making lemon curd to start with, but looking for other ideas if anyone has them
I thought zabaglione ended up being a cooked dessert?
I would say throw them in a milk shake for the kids. Or if you could be bothered baking more, add 1 to the cake mix (along with the eggs in the mix). Or as others have said, custard. Or ice cream...
