    Bircher Muesli

This is the recipe I made...

1/2 cup rolled oats per person (we use homebrand and it tastes just as good)
    1/4 cup of milk
    1/4 cup of apple juice
Handful of whatever dried fruit you like. We do dried Apricots mostly (which I snip with the kitchen shears)
And if you want to make it spesh add a dollop of cream but its not necessary

Put in a bowl/glass and cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning serve with some natural yoghurt (or do what I do and make cinnamon & honey yoghurt) and some grated apple or some fresh/defrosted berries (put a handful in a glass in the fridge overnight to defrost), some passionfruit pulp, fresh fruit, tinned fruit whatever you like. And if you want nuts go for it, I like slivered almonds

That sounds divine, Rouge! I've been on the lookout for a good bircher recipe as my usual plain porridge is getting a bit boring. I'm going to try yours out, yum
